    I, Robert S. Fitch, of Boston, Suffolk County, MAssachu-
setts, for consideration paid, grant to Etta Belle Brown, wife of
William Grant Brown, of said Boston, with WARRANTY COVENANTS sub-
ject as hereinafter stated a certain parcel of land with the build-
ings thereon situated in Dorchester District of said Boston, known
as Estate No. 16 Sayward Street, and being shown as lot numbered
Five (5) on a plan drawn by L. Briggs & Company, surveyors, dated
November 10th, 1882, recorded with Suffolk County Deeds, book 1579, 
page 245, and being bounded and described as follows:  Northerly by
said Sayward Street, sixty-five (65) feet;  Westerly by lot 8 ninety
two and ninety seven hundredths (92.97) feet;  Southwesterly by land
now or late of Samuel B. Pierce, seventy one and nineteen hundredths
(71.19) feet;  Easterly by land formerly of Sarah E. Hall, one hun-
dred twenty two (122) feet; and containing six thousand nine hundred
eighty six (6986) square feet of land, all as shown on said plan.
Being the same premises conveyed to me by William H. Sayward, by
deed sated August 15th, 1919, and to be recorded herewith.  Said
premises are conveyed subject to a mortgage of four thousand
($4000) dollars given by me to the Dorchester Trust Company, of
even date,and to be recorded herewith.  I, Abbie H. Fitch, wife of 
said grantor, release to said grantee all rights of dower and home-
stead and other interests therein.  WITNESS our hands and seals
this twentieth day of August, 1919.  Robert S. Fitch  Abbie H.
Fitch  and wach a seal.   COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.   Suffolk,
ss.  Boston, August 20th, 1919.  Then personally appeared the above
named Robert S. Fitch and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to
be his free act and deed, before me  William I. Norton  Justice of
the Peace under commission expiring on April 22, 1921  ____________

    I, William Grant Brown, of Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts
being unmarried, for consideration paid, grant to Frederick W. Hucksam
and Josephine E. Hucksam, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety,
of said Boston, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS the land in the Dorchester Dis-
trict of said Boston, with the buildings thereon, known as Estate No. 16
Sayward Street, and being shown as lot numbered Five (5) on a plan drawn
by L. Briggs & Company, surveyors, sated november 10th, 1882, recorded
with Suffolk County Deeds, book 1579, page 245, and being bounded and
described as follows; Northerly by said Sayward Street, sixty-five (65) 
feet; Westerly by lot 6, ninety-two and ninety-seven hundredths (92.97) 
feet; Southwesterly by land now or late of Samuel B. Pierce, seventy-
one and nineteen hundredths (71.19) feet; Easterly by land formerly of 
Sarah E. Hall, one hundred twenty-two (122) feet; and containing six 
thousand nine hundred eighty-six (6986) square feet of land, all as 
shown on said plan.  Being the same premises conveyed to my late wife,
Etta Belle Brown, by deed of Robert S. Fitch, dated August 20th, 1919,
and recorded with Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, book 4159, page 140.
For my title see will of my late wife and settlement of her estate Suf-
folk County Probate Docket No. 287281.  Said premises are conveyed sub-
ject to taxes assessed for the current year. WITNESS my hand and seal
this 21st day of August, 1939.  William Grant Brown  COMMONWEALTH OF

the above names William Grant Brown and acknowledged the foregoing in-
strument to be his free act and deed, before me, Raymond P. Delano,
